SHADOW MODZ – TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: 29 July 2026 | Effective Date: 29 July 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Shadow Modz website, all related services, and software products including but not limited to Shadow Menu (collectively the “Services”). By accessing our site, downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms set out below, you may not use our Services.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• Shadow Modz is a software development and distribution brand focused on modification tools for gaming and personal computing use.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted counts as full acceptance of the revised Terms.

• All content, code, branding, graphics, and materials on the Shadow Modz website and within Shadow Menu are intellectual property of Shadow Modz. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or modify any part of our Services without our explicit written permission.

2. USE OF SERVICES & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER – BAN EXCLUSION

THIS SECTION IS CRITICAL – READ CAREFULLY

• Our tools and software are developed exclusively for educational, private offline use, or single-player gaming environments only. Using any Shadow Modz product, including Shadow Menu, on online servers, multiplayer platforms, or any official game service is done entirely at your own risk.

• WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCOUNT BANS, DEVICE BANS, GAME BANS, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF RESTRICTION, PENALTY, OR DISCIPLINARY ACTION IMPOSED BY GAME DEVELOPERS, PLATFORM PROVIDERS, ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS, OR ANY THIRD PARTY – UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

• ANY BAN, SUSPENSION, OR LOSS OF ACCESS TO ANY SERVICE OR GAME IS NOT OUR FAULT. We provide tools as-is, and we do not guarantee they will bypass anti-cheat systems, remain undetected, or work without consequence at all times.

• We are not liable for any damages whatsoever – including lost accounts, lost in-game items, financial losses, or any other direct or indirect harm – arising from your use or misuse of our products.

• We do not endorse or encourage use of our tools in violation of any game’s End User License Agreement (EULA), Terms of Service, or local laws. You confirm you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable rules and regulations.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

• You will not use our Services for any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized purpose.

• You will not attempt to decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from Shadow Menu or any other Shadow Modz product.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any accounts or access credentials provided to you by Shadow Modz.

• You may not use our branding or products to create misleading content, claim official affiliation with game developers, or falsely represent what our tools do.

4. NO WARRANTIES

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that our products will function after game updates, anti-cheat updates, or system changes.

• We make no claims of compatibility with all hardware, operating systems, or game versions.
